The Coast Guard Adjutant Office offers crucial administrative support to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) with efficient and effective personnel administration. Our main responsibilities include records management and publication of orders and PCG policies.
- We achieve this by employing a series of critical competencies, which include:
- Publishes Orders, Directives, Standing Operating Procedures, Circulars and other administrative policies.
- Complies with and preserves all PCG and DOTr regulations and publications for ready reference.
- Complies and preserves all PCG Personnel records.
- Provides correspondence and postal services.
- Acts as a communications center for all PCG Units.
- Indexes individual orders of all PCG Personnel.
- Processes and issues IDs to PCG Uniformed Personnel and their dependents.
- Details Officers and designates usherettes for key ceremonies of the PCG.
- Performs such other functions and duties as the CPCG may direct.
- We are committed to supporting the PCG in fulfilling its mission and also undertake other functions and duties as directed by the Commandant of the Philippine Coast Guard (CPCG).
